2. Data collected via the WhatsApp form
When you submit your phone number via our WhatsApp subscription form on this site, we collect the following data:
- Your WhatsApp phone number
- The date and time of your registration
- Your explicit consent to receive communications
We do not collect any other personal data without your prior consent.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you, via WhatsApp, information related to Connect-Me's services, including:
- Business and investment opportunities in Dubai
- Selected real estate projects
- Relocation, networking, and premium support services
The legal basis for this processing is your explicit consent, expressed at the time of submitting the form, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
4. Nature of communications
Messages sent via WhatsApp are of an informative and commercial nature. They are sent manually or via professional messaging tools. We do not engage in the sending of automated bulk messages (spam). The frequency of communications is reasonable and proportionate to the subscriber's interest.
5. Unsubscription and withdrawal of consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time and without justification, by sending the message « STOP » in the WhatsApp conversation with Connect-Me. Your number will be removed from our list within a maximum of 48 hours. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before this withdrawal.
6. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as you remain subscribed to our WhatsApp communications. In the event of unsubscription or at your request, your data will be deleted without undue delay.
7. Data sharing
Connect-Me does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Your data may be transmitted to technical service providers only in the context of operating the service (e.g.: hosting, CRM), under confidentiality obligations.
8. Your rights
In accordance with current regulations, you have the following rights:

- Right to rectification : to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
